Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any reshipment fees.

If you realize your address is wrong, contact us ASAP at support@magicraecreations.com If the label hasn’t been created yet, we may be able to update it.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, Magic Rae Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, we recommend:

  • checking with neighbors/household members

  • contacting the carrier directly

  • filing a claim with the carrier (we can help with details if needed)

If your package is delayed in transit, please allow a few extra days—carrier delays happen, especially during peak seasons.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery at support@magicraecreations.com with:

  • your order number

  • photos of the packaging and damaged item(s)

We’ll review and make it right.
